we ordered a gallon of fresh milk & yogurt and turned it into a gallon of yogurt, holla!

heat up the dairy to 110 degrees (we use a thermometer)

once it gets to that temp stir in about a half a cup of yogurt to seed it with life

pour back into the gallon glass jar and wrap with a towel

we place ours in the texas heat (outside) for 12-24 hours

you can also place it in a cooler that’s filled hot water

chill & serve
